      Into "4Free" countries such as Czech Republic, Poland and EU countries which use EUR.
      Attention - payments upto 400 EUR are charged. 
    • Is it possible to extend the "4Free" list? view reply
      Yes. You can send your suggestions to e-mail info@4tissimo.com. The decision to extend the list of  "4Free" countries will be made by Fortissimo PI.
    • How long does a transfer of funds into a recipient's bank account take? view reply
      The period of time needed for crediting a recipient's bank account (EBA) depends on which country/bank the payment is made to. We are able to carry out a transaction within one day, however, some transfers can take up to three working days. In case an amount needed for a particular payment is not available on your payment account, the time of the transaction must be extended by the time needed for depositing disposable amount into your account. Usually one working day.
    • Do I have to enter all requested data for each payment? view reply
      Yes. For repeated payments we recommend you to use templates, where it is possible to fill in all requested data on recipients bank account. 
    • Is the number of templates limited? view reply
      No. It isn't.
    • Can I mark an account in the template as "my own"? view reply
      No, you can't. Marking an account as "my own" can by made only by Fortissimo PI after you send a document proving your ownership or completed form List of Client's own accounts.
    • My I cancel submitted payment order? view reply
      Yes. Your request for cancellation will be accepted only if a particular payment still wasn´t carried out. Cancellation is charged according to current price list.
    • What does it mean "type of payment SHA"? view reply
      The payer is charged only for sending the payment. The recipient is charged by his own bank for receiving the payment and usualy receives the amount decreased of fees for incoming payment.
    • What does it mean "type of payment OUR"? view reply
      The payer is charged by the fee for sending the payment as same as for receiving the payment by the recipient. The recipient receives whole amount sent by the payer.
    • What does it mean "type of payment 4Free"? view reply
      It is a payment which was sent in "4Free" currency to the country, where it is used as a local currency. By the „4Free“ payment is whole amount credited to the recipient's account like by the payment type OUR or by the local payment.
