How to start using services of Fortissimo PI?

Persons interested in services of Fortissimo – Payment Institution (hereinafter „Fortissimo PI“) will register and make a General Contract in one of two possible ways:

1. By remote access
   1. Completes and send registration form - the Client gets the General Contract on registered e-mail.
   2. Signs the General Conract (prints, signs, sends its scan on e-mail register@4tissimo.com)
   3. Proves his/her identity with
      1. sending on the address register@4tissimo.com
         1. copy of two different documents of identification (Identity Card and Passport or Driving Licence or Residence Permit)
         2. copy of a document proving the existence of a bank account opened in his/her name at a bank branch with registered address on the territory of any EU country
         3. in case of company registration also copy of document providing the existence of the company
      2. sending the authorisation payment from an account opened in the Client’s name, which will be provided during – payment instructions will be sent to the registered e-mail.
2. In person at Fortissimo’s office
   1. presents required documents of identification,
   2. signs the General Contract,
   3. the authorisation payment not required.

After successful completion of the registration process, Fortissimo PI will send to the Client’s registered e-mail address a notification of activation our services and the scan of the General Contract signed by both parties.

Attention! A registered client automatically becomes our regular customer and therefore is entitled to all advantages when using our Cash Services.
